Each guide is designed to take you step by step through your evolution as an athlete. It includes a 4-week plan with 4 workouts per week (3 mandatory, 1 optional). Each exercise comes with an illustrative image, execution description, movement objective, and key details to improve your technique.

2. Are they suitable for all fitness levels?
Yes! 💪 The guides are designed so that you can determine your level and adjust the intensity:
🔹 Beginner → If you’re just starting at the gym.
🔹 Intermediate → If you have more than 6 months of training experience.
🔹 Advanced → If you have been training for over a year and want to challenge yourself even more.

3. How long do the programs last, and how many days a week do I train?
📆 Each program lasts 4 weeks and includes 4 workouts per week. Of these, 3 are mandatory and 1 is optional. This structure ensures results without overloading your body.

4. Do I need a gym, or can I train at home?
A gym is required 🏋️‍♂️, as we use machines and specific equipment that are usually not available at home.

5. How do I know if I’m performing the exercises correctly?
Each exercise includes an illustrative image, detailed execution description, and movement objective to ensure you understand how to perform it correctly and improve your performance.

6. Do the guides include warm-up and recovery recommendations?
🔥 Yes! Each guide contains a section on warm-up and mobility to prepare your body before training and prevent injuries.

11. How did you start training, and why did you create these guides?
I started training at home when I was 15 years old, with no weights or machines—just my body and a strong desire to move. 🏃‍♀️ Over time, the gym became my safe space, and I realized that training not only transforms your body but also your mindset and attitude toward life. These guides are my way of sharing that transformation with you.

🚀 We don’t train just to look good—we train to become strong, agile, and resilient for any challenge. My method combines different disciplines to help you develop an athletic and functional body that can perform well in any sport or activity.
